"even though it is an older property,it is by far one of the cleanest property we have stayed at. when you enter the room it has a fresh clean smell. Nice furniture, clean bathroom and nice linens. comfortable bed. AND, of course the view from the balcony is awesome. adequate continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Our stay was great! Jennifer, the manager of the motel, checked us in personally, and also gave us a map of the surrounding area as well as suggestions of hiking spots and of good restaurants. The other woman working the office, whose name I didn’t catch, was also very sweet and helpful. The hotel room was very clean, had all the accommodations we needed, and we felt very safe while there. "This Laquinta is downtown Seattle so it is a busy area but not ridiculously so. Our room was quiet. We walked to waterfront and Pikes Market. There was a brief leak in the ceiling, probably the shower above us. We could see it had happened before, not harm. "

"The Inn was conveniently located near many sites and restaurants. Large grassy area was perfect for dog walking. Very helpful front office staff. Good wi-fi. Only negatives were towels in the room were very, very thin and there wasn't a towel rack in Room 29."
