The property was nothing special, but it was clean and the staff were friendly. It is a good location within walking distance to downtown. Our room was quiet and there wasn’t a lot of people at the hotel so we were able to enjoy the pool and beach pretty much to ourselves. For the price of the hotel, it was just as I expected.

Me and my family absolutely loved this place, it was such sad news when they told us at the front desk that they are demolishing this place to build a new tower with luxury appartments just like the rest by the first of May, it's one of the few places left in the bay where they still keep this concept front beach and the added value of it vs the new tower developments, the essence of staying in Bucerías is getting lost with the new luxury towers that are being built all over Bahía de Banderas, rustic, cozy, the front beach bungalows are simply fantastic, the balcony was amazing, we had incredible times with our family and friends in this place and we're sad that they decided to sell the land to demolish instead of remodeling and enhancing the existing concept with pricing adjustment to replicate what every other new development is doing, thank you for the awesome times provided in this magical place.

Good and bad things: the view of the sea was a bit good, it had good space to rest, the space was very good, we had two rooms and two bathrooms like an apartment, the air conditioning did cool but it smelled very bad and humid, I think they don't give it service and the mattresses are the worst we have slept on, I think they are the same ones from when they built the rooms. My unit was # 222

The property is a little outdated, but the service and friendly staff makes up for being an older resort. The staff are very accommodating and go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay! The staff is EXCELLENT! 😀 This was my first time staying there, but I will be back next year for sure!

A time worn property, but well cared for. Much construction in area, and i heard this property will be shut in the spring to make way for more luxury condos or higher end accommodations. Sad to lose a modest option on this beautiful beach.

Liked that it was ocean front and had security guard overnight for vehicles.The mattresses were hard as a rock,the bar fridge is in dire need of repair and need more seating area for the hotel rooms at the back.

Staff is the best. Amenities were few. Clean,quiet and quaint, but reserved two bungalows and ended up with one and a junior suite. It worked out, but not what I was expecting.

Rooms were clean, staff was lovely and the beach was right at our doorstep. Lots of construction surrounding the hotel but that was everywhere you went. Restaurant had basic offerings but we went into town to eat at local places rather than staying at the hotel. The pool is a bit tired and can use some updating but we prefered to swim in the beautiful ocean and spend our time on the beach so werent bothered by the pool. It was just what we needed for our stay in Bucerias. Not fancy but had everything we needed, clean, safe area and friendly helpful staff.

You get what you pay for. Which is fine, but the place could do with a little bit of love. There isn't even a kettle or cups in the room. No decoration at all. It is incredibly noisy due to all the construction around the area. The room is big and spacious and the ac works. That is pretty much the only positives I can think of.
