Staff were helpful and kind. Street level noise was so loud. People walking by could be heard like they were in the room with you.

Conflict with staff due to lack of communication from their part upon arrival. They wanted to over charge. Very noisy, could hear every vehicle, motorcycle and even conversations when people walking by. Had to turn everything off when leaving room, and only one set of keys which was very inconvenient. Did not provide hand or kitchen towels, we had to ask the cleaning staff. Shower was in the same space as toilet, and everyone we showers, everything got wet, including toilet paper. Mirror was electric and some wires were showing and would get wet when showering, did not feel safe. Fans were not minted right and were noisy too due not being secured. Would not recommend the place due to the staff, noise and lack of amenities.

The bathroom had no hand towels,the 2nd bedroom had no door and the living room had no ac. The refrigerator was bought in after we checked in and finally the TV was not working till later.

No vas a descansar es para pasar la fiesta.

Lo bueno: muy cerca de la playa y del centro, puedes salir del hotel y encontrar mucha comida, oxxo, farmacias etc. Lo malo: muy cerca de la playa y del centro, por tanto, ruido, música autos, motos, a un lado de la ventana, si quieren dormir ahi no es. Las camas son duras y las fotos no corresponden al hotel.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, cómodo y familiar. Aunque la alberca en fechas de diciembre el agua está fría pero aún así esta muy agusto, la atención y el servicio muy buenos, lo recomiendo al 100

Es la primera vez que me hospedo en un bungalow y la experiencia fue muy mala, el lugar se encuentra en muy mal estado, los cubiertos estaban oxidados, la ventilación del baño daba hacia la recámara, el agua sabía a sal (me di cuenta al lavarme los dientes), por la noche había un exceso de ruido del exterior (puestos ambulantes) lo rescatable fue la atención en recepción y un poco la alberca. Pero por el precio hay mejores opciones en Vallarta

My daughters and I felt cohibited from doing anything at the hotel as far as using the amenities, there was always someone wtching us and telling, specially my daughter on her birthday, that we couldnt do anything

Está a solo unos pasos de la playa y tiene muchas cosas cerca, como tiendas, farmacias y lugares para comer a cualquier hora. El único punto no tan bueno es que la alberca no parece suficiente para el cupo, en temporada alta debe ser incómodo.
