"We did not stay at the property. The door lock was damaged and could be opened easily. The bed was dirty, with stains on the sheets and pillows. The pool did not exist—it had no water and was extremely dirty. You should verify the properties listed on your platform, as situations like this damage your reputation."

"This unit exceeded expectations. Well designed, kind host, spacious unit. Basic towels and toiletries provided as well as a few beach towels. Immaculate view of Isla Verde Beach. Conveniently located next-door to the Fairmount ESJ hotel. Which has multiple restaurants and a casino. Easy access to the beach , loungers and umbrellas provided with a fee. Overall great experience perfect for family vacation to explore San Juan. We will definitely use this property again!"

"This hotel was by far the worst hotel I have ever stay at! The pool area looked like a disaster! I asked for a pool and ocean view instead I got a view out of a horror movie! I can add photos! For the price it definitely was not worth it. On top of that I had 2 VIP’s. We had to share a AC remote bc per the staff they don’t have one for each room. The TV needed 2 remotes, one for volume and one to change the channel. Photos on the website are a complete lie! They do not have a pool up and...

"The bed was comfortable and the location was superb, which made the stay enjoyable overall. However, there was a major inconvenience when the water was out for a few hours and the property didn’t have a water cistern or backup system. Since we only stayed one night, we had to wait until the next morning to shower, which was frustrating. For the price we paid, having a water backup system is something I would definitely expect"
