"Everything was fine, just keep in mind you are paying for convenience. The rooms are tiny, we didn’t have hot water, and the tv was mostly just static. BUT the employees were super kind and helpful, the room was clean, the free breakfast was decent, and the bar made a pretty good pina colada. So no major complaints, just keep your expectations in check."

"Esta es mi opinión más sincera:
Los cuartos estaban limpios, tenían buena vista y contaban con una nevera que enfriaba muy bien. Además, incluían platos, vasos, cubiertos, microondas, cafetera, plancha y secadora de cabello.
Sin embargo, las camas tenían un gran hundimiento en el centro, por lo que siempre terminabas acostado allí. Las sillas también estaban hundidas.
Cuando llegamos solo funcionaba un elevador y, al día siguiente, ninguno servía. Nuestro cuarto estaba en un quinto piso y...

"The property was extremely clean. My only disappointment is that I booked a room based on the photo that showed a private balcony. When we checked in, we were put on the first floor and were told a room with the balcony was not available. Other than that, the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly. And again, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire property."
