"The room service is very poor. The room was cleaned only once in our 4 day stay. We called at the reception 2 days to get the dustbins cleaned and even I cleaned the dustbin myself one day. Also, there was a fight in a room on the same floor and there was foul smell of blood and waste everywhere for 2 days. No cleaning was done. Another thing, a glass broke in the room and i called reception to send someone to clean it, it took us 3 calls and 2 hours, when finally someone came to clean the floor...

"My room 207 was horrible and dirty. They moved me to 508, the day after. The staff has zero customer service when it comes to being generous to the customer service. They also make you wait as they are supposedly making the move,but you can see that they are not helping you with the will. Beautiful location although I think the staff is to comfortable because they have been in their jobs for so long. This is our 4th time on this property and you can see it declining bad. We kindly recomand: the procedure of getting into the buffet needs to be revised, as it takes up to 15 minutes to be seated, especially with kids it is not very convinient to wait this much time!
