"First of all there is no room service, during are stay no one cleaned are room. Second of all the room is full of bugs and lizards and when we told the manger on site he was like this is normal we can’t do anything about it. One of the worst places you could stay at it. There are cheap places near by with better service and hospitality."

"Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel. The buildings are very old and the rooms don't even have a mini fridge — in a hot destination like Cancun, having no way to keep water cold in your room is a real problem.
The location is also a major downside. It's far from everything you'd actually want to do in Cancun, and any taxi ride costs at least $50, which adds up quickly.
The food was basic and not tasty. I was looking forward to fresh tropical fruit, but what was offered didn't look fresh...

"It’s a starter hotel. The couch was stained but the pool was very clean and the restaurant was ok. Great access to the beach. Hotel needs to be renovated and minor fixing. But overall if you’re traveling on a budget you can’t complain. Check in is at 3pm sharp not one minute before. We waited by the pool for 3 or 4 hrs because they wouldn’t let us check in early. But they were helpful with directions also with things to do off the resort. Not much to do on resort so look up outside activities....

"I was truly impressed by this hotel. It’s really beautiful and feels very private. It’s not super busy and congested perfect for the baby moon that had! Only thing was the beach had some sarcasm as we expected due to the season so mainly use the pool. Only downfall from our experience was not having the menu information for room service and the hotel details in our room, which I notified them about and they never were able to provide that booklet in the room. Other than that we love the gym...
