"When planning our family vacation I did extensive research before choosing a resort. We had previously stayed at the Dreams Playa Mujeres and had a great experience but wanted to be a bit closer to the city. I ended up going with Dreams Vista and was overall very pleased. The rooms were a good size and very clean and had all the amenities necessary. The resort is very condensed and set up in a more horizontal manner rather than a normal courtyard with the pools in the center. Everything was in one place and easly located. Thelarge pool is very long and has plenty of seating but no swim up bar. The smaller pool doesn't have much seating but is less crowded. One of the reasons I chose this property was because it had a water park, we took our 5 year old, but it was closed and was eventually boarded off half way through our stay. The food was very good, they had a food hall daily during pool hours where they offered hamburgers, sushi, tacos, burritos and quesadillas. While at the pool there were waiters constantly coming around to take drink orders and check if you needed anything else. The restaurants on the property were all very good. They served good sized portions and every dish we tried was very tasty. Reservations were easy to make on the app but they also accepted walk-ins and the wait was minimal. The have access to a small beach that is good for photos. Overall I would recommend if you want a more quiet boutique style resort rather than massive in scale."

"Honesty the people who work there are kind and very helpful. The food is great buffet style and on occasionally al carte. They were very respectful and anything you need they are more than happy to help you. Both my boys enjoyed it there the air conditioning in the rooms is really great. The view is amazing and if you’re going to book tours that place has the best people they have great prices and are super honest couldn’t be happier with thier services. Highly recommended"
