"Their restaurant reservation system is continually offline, so you can not get in to eat at any of the nice restaurants they advertise. The staff is useless in helping, they just say to keep trying using the on line system which did not work all week. After about 3 days of the same food in the buffet/ cafeteria, I was done. The property is very nice, although their beach access is backwater and smells. I was disappointed and will chose a different resort next time. Carolina at the front desk was the lone shining light as she did try and succeed in getting us a restaurant reservation. Our assigned “personal resort assistant” never was any help and did not return messages."
