"5 star attention to customer service, clean, quiet and peaceful. If you need to relax and be taken care of this is the best place. Special mention to Isabel, Patricia, Luis and Ramiro, really went above and beyond for our comfort and needs. The whole staff is outstanding. Magnificent facility if there’s anything to add would be a money exchange, besides that it’s all you could ask for in a vacation."

"The staff at the reception was great. At the restaurant not so much. Their customer service skills were lacking. Our room was on the lowest floor so it was a little musty. It seems when we book through Expedia we get the least desirable rooms. "

"Executive room was large. Grounds were beautiful. I had one of the best 50 min deep tissue massages for $30. Liquor prices were reasonable and chips at the casino were only 50 per cent. They had fixed prices for taxis-which were beautiful new cars with professional drivers. $14 to the Argentina falls-$32 to Brazil. "
