There are 3 City Express hotels very close to each other in Puebla. We ended up checking in to the wrong City Express. When we tried to get a refund from the City Express 2km away where we had a reservation. They refused. Super confusing and annoying hotel chain to deal with. But the property itself was nice.

As we commented in real conversation, cancellation policies with the company with which I reserve are very transparent, the reservation was directed to our property and in our hands it is not possible to cancel your reservation you can only cancel it as they are They ask for confidential data, as well as cancellations proceed 24 hours in advance. So in your next reservations it is strongly recommended that if you choose another hotel option, you should cancel in a timely manner where you initially generated your reservation, we as a hotel do not make cancellations if they are not direct at the hotel. Always respecting the policies of the agencies and our large hotel chain. Thank you

very bad experience, no hot water and mistreatment
We had to move between roms due the hooel had a issue with tthe hot water. A terrible experience because I just at the bathroom to take a shower, it happened 2 times and the phone to call the frontdesk at the second time didnnt work.... the frond desk personal very unprofessional and some despot.

If you have a car, and don't find anything cheaper anywhere else, this may be a good choice. 15-20 min drive to downtown. Hotel is clean and the staff is quite friendly. The breakfast limited, but nevertheless clean.

El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido porque estaba quebrada la tapa La segunda noche nos cambiaron de habitación la alfombra súper sucia Me levanté a tomar agua a media noche y encontré dos cucarachas Y el aire de la segunda habitación si le subías para que enfriará más también hacia mucho ruido NUNCA me había pasado esto en ningún City express Siempre en todos muy limpios De su personal no tengo ninguna queja todos amables

Maricela,Siento mucho su experiencia y le ofrezco una disculpa por los inconvenientes.Hicimos una revisión exhaustiva respecto a los insectos y no se encontró nada, nuestro programa de fumigación es estricto y se cumple cabalmente, de cualquier forma se realizó un servicio preventivo.Respecto a los AC estamos trabajando en ellos para mejorarlos.Espero verle pronto de regreso.

El hotel es muy basico, percibimos un olor a humedad en la habitación cuando llegamos, ya despues de unas horas de usar el AC, se le quito el olor. El desayuno es muy sencillo con lo necesario. Pero si deberian dejar de usar desechables, estan contaminando mucho con estos residuos, todos los utensilios son de carton o plastico para comer.

Buen hotel, si lo que buscas es realizar una visita de trabajo o a otros lados de Puebla o Tlaxcala pues, está aún costado de la autopista. Excelente desayuno y atención inmediata
