The owners are so nice, the apartment we stayed in was simply gorgeous, it had everything we needed and more. "We loved our stay at the Borgo La Casseta. It’s a family business, they have a small restaurant on the main floor. It takes approx half an hour drive up the hill to get there from Pistoia. A little bit tricky to find. Parking is free (gated property). The room was clean, separate bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. A spectacular 180 degree city/valley view. "

"The location of the hotel is amazing however during our stay we have some major issues. There were plenty of bedbugs in the room which I managed to kill 5 of them but still have spots on my skin from the bugs. WIFI inside my room did not work. They had WIFI in the outdoor area so I have to go out to use the WIFI so it was really inconvenience. Breakfast was really really basic.
