"Located away from Amalfi so that you can experience the 'real' Italian culture. Hosts were amazing - were given fresh figs and lemon profiteroles left over from a local wedding in the church next to the property. Great views of Amalfi and excellent outdoor spaces for relaxing in the evening. You do need to be physically fit as there are lots and lots of stairs - 300 down to the local village. You can arrange for the local donkeys to carry your luggage to the villa which is needed! "

"The house is pricy and has a lot a lot of stairs- prepare to pay for porters to help with your luggages. From the house to the center take about 10-15 min walk with all stairs I guess you’re in Positano stairs is common. The host Lorenzo a bit slow to respond but he’s helpful with all the guidance and tips . The kitchen floor has a beautiful view of Positano. The pool is awesome. The high light of this house is the staff . Both of the ladies who came to cook breakfasts and clean for us every day...
