"The room and facilities are very good. They dont take cash, which is annoying. The $33 breakfast left a lot to be desired. The bacon was overcooked and cold. The machine coffee was tiny. I ended up paying another $6 for a real one at the front counter. There is a drive in theatre next door which makes it horrible trying to get back into the carpark at night and on weekends they have markets."

"The staff were not very flexible in accommodating my needs. I explained that I wanted to use cash as a deposit and that my cash was in my luggage, so I just needed a bit of time. However, a male staff member wearing glasses ignored my situation and refused my request, insisting that I use a credit card instead. I felt that his service lacked a customer-oriented attitude."

"Way to expensive for what they offered. Very disappointing. Yes they were within easy reach of the ship terminal but that's all they had. Rooms were extremely tired, poor emenities (not any). Everywhere definitely needed updating. Meals offered were over priced. Just because you happen to be close to the cruise terminal you shouldn't take advantage of people."

"My husband and I have been staying here for over 25 years and it’s one of our favourite hotels in the city which is why we keep coming. The buffet breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had. "Hallways were pretty drab, but the rooms were just great. Incredibly comfortable beds, top quality bed linens, wonderful shower. There is a cafe on the ground floor that was fantastic. Pretty neighborhood; and the Miranda mall is a very short walk away. We would absolutely stay there again. Price is very modest. Staff was super nice and helpful!!
