"Phone service to front desk or guest services would say “invalid Extension”. Had to go downstairs to get towels and ice and to find out about checkout. No signs in room about checkout. We were never told. Many dehumidifiers. Smelled slightly musty. It is a restaurant more than a hotel. The check in desk is where to pay for meals. Hotel guests come in second. Poorly managed. Poor business model. You are fending for yourself as a guest. Tub showers extremely slick. I slipped. Injuried my leg. Could not reach the front deck to find the ice. "

"The hotel is being renovated so there wasn’t an onsite bar/restaurant open. The room was clean and the breakfast was a bonus. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again. "

"Parking was nice and accessible. I slept well on a king size mattress, first time. Breakfast was good. I shown up a little late but ate and when back home to Ohio. Loved my little trip to my girlfriend. I only come down to see her. "

"Room was clean but small details such as tissues in the restroom and small cosmetic issues in the bathroom, other areas could easily elevate the experience. "

"Small hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Very easy to park and very easy to walk to nearby restaurants and bars. Only complaint is you can hear the people above you with squeaky floors. But the hotel provides a sound machine which can drown it out"
