"Best customer service, real genuine staff. Travelled with two dogs and the room with patio doors straight onto a garden area is brilliant. Our room was large and very comfy. They supply our two dogs with beds each , food and drinking bowls, towels , bedding, treats!!! Superb service. Breakfast was delicious too! Highly recommend . They have indoor pool too which we didn’t use."

"Breakfast has been scaled down in selection, quality & service and seemed disorganised. Also, as a vegan, there is very little available on the buffet table though I acknowledge they offer a cooked vegan breakfast which is good if you want hot. The granola which I like had run out & I couldn't find a member of staff free to inform them so went without. It would be a thoughtful touch if biscuits in the room were dairy & egg free just to cater fr a wider clientele. "

"Julie at the front desk was very friendly and personable when I checked in. I have to agree with her, the sunset from just across the street from the hotel is spectacular. There is possibly nothing better in the world than an English ocean-front sunset on a clear day. The hotel itself is very clean and charming and aesthetically pleasing. "Better than expected. Beautiful building, fabulous room - in great condition, very comfy and clean. Tea and coffee making that included fresh milk in the fridge. Spa also brilliant as well as a great breakfast. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Didn't stay with kids, but would be perfect for families with all the extra ameneties."
