"The casino allows smoking and it was quite Smokey which was a turn off. There is not much to see around the casino, staff was friendly but could have been a bit more informative, limited hours for some of the restaurants in the casino, the pool hours were limited, spa was nice "

"This is a residential building that seems to offer vacant apartments as a hotel. With that comes residential behavior. Some floors smelled like cigarette smoke, some like marijuana. The “lobby” was a fold out table with a register system. The employees were very kind and accommodating. I asked to switch my room and wasn’t even questioned. The first room was gloomy, dirty and outdated. The second room was cleaner but still not to my liking. I gave 3 stars for the customer service being great! The...

"Really old hotel and definitely didn’t get a “clean” feel. Due to a prior water break, the water was brown coming out of the faucet. The sports bar had OK food but is was chaotic. Only one of the 3 elevators worked "
