"The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helped me with a reservation glitch. The beds were clean and comfortable along with a nice bathroom, en suite, including shampoo, soap, and hairdryer. Restaurants and train station within walking distance. This is a quaint little town just a 20 minute train ride from Geneva. The hotel is a gem and I would definitely stay here again."

"It is a great budget option in Annemasse. Rooms are very clean, good space, working AC, windows. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is a good continental breakfast for the accesible price od 11 euros. Next to the hotel you have access to a shopping area with several restaurants and stores like Mango and H&M. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station. I would recommend staying here if you need a budget option and if you don't mind the 20 min train ride to Geneva."

"The place is beautiful, the staff didn’t speak much English , but they so tried , bless them, Coco and Yasin were so helpful and also the 2 ladies we met at checkout on the 2nd September 2025 They were so very helpful It’s a hotel with kitchen, after spending 3 nights with takeaway , we were just so happy to get a kitchen to cook , there are shops nearby , one just next to the train station , if you want a good picture perfect village , get on the train and go to Annecy for just 5 euro . "Clean and worked very well for a short stay. Friendly front-desk staff. The room was standard, small with a comfy bed. Fresh towels every day. Within the room the shower was smelly (the drain). The shower head was also leaky. These were just minor things, otherwise pretty good value."

The hotel itself is kept very clean and has amicably sized rooms if you are just looking for a place to rest after exploring Geneva. We got a number 6 bus, then a 17 tram all the way into the centre of Geneva - takes around 40 minutes total, ideal. "

"Clean big room with seperate toilet/bath, similar to studio flat with seperate kitchen area where you can cook. Pan, pot, spoon, knife and even coffee maker 👍 Opposite you have supermarket but you need euro. 8-10 mins walk to swiss border. Yes we will be back there again"
