"Lovely hotel. Central to everything you need and the carpark isn’t far away. Staff are so friendly and the breakfast was lovely. I wasn’t keen on the omelette but everything else was lush. Beer was a little expensive and I think there was a service charge which didn’t seem fair but hey we had a good weekend."

"Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. "

"Clean room. It looked newly refurbished. Air con was excellent considering the heatwave. Very lovely stay. It wasn’t the best breakfast that I’ve had from a stay bridge suite, but overall a great stay."

"Communication with the host was great. They met us at the apartment, gave us a run down on the place and some visiting recommendations. Apartment was located in a great spot within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and beautiful sights. We did not find the apartment very well cleaned. It had black hair around the base of the toilet seat and in the shower. Floors were also not clean and needed a good vacuum. The upstairs ceiling is very low and an adult is unable to stand...

"Brilliant location for the station. Lovely hotel with free bottled water every day which is not even advertised. The staff are lovely and the whole thing is set up to make the guests feel as comfortable as possible. Couldnt fault it really, Comfy beds and lovely view of St Georges Hall, but quiet as well."

"A very basic old hotel, limited parking so you need to park on the street. Basic continental breakfast, no tongs for lifting bread etc. Terrible coffee machine. Rooms are outdated and very basic, strangest bath/shower configuration i have ever seen and anyone over 6ft tall will struggle to use. Bath taps loose and moved when try to use them, bathroom shelf hanging off the wall and the roller blind stained with multiple dead spiders. No aircon, although a small fan was in the room and the windows...
