The location of the property was nice. We were a little concerned at first about parking. There was A LOT of homeless and otherwise sketchy people in the area. We were approached by pan handlers immediately on the street in front of the property. The hotel had secured parking next door luckily so our vehicle was safe. Hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. Very close to shopping and restaurants.

I could not use the bathroom. I could not shower or use the toilet! It’s door was broken. I told the front desk right away. It was a long day of traveling. The Maintnance crew was not available. The lady from the front desk tried to fix it, just as I had already tried. She concluded, it was broken and the washroom was not accessible. There were no other rooms available. Because I bought it online, no refund or discount. … all I got was a free voucher to Starbucks for a couple free coffees. Not happy

Bought a jacuzzi room online, showed up to check in at just before 5pm and room wasnt ready till after 7pm, when check in states 3pm, kept selling rooms online that weren’t available or supposedly not even cleaned yet. Expected me to wait in a lobby for over 2 hour’s, bought that suite as a night away from kids, traveled 2 hour’s to only have to sit on a 30 minute phone call for a refund then they sold me a king room that was ready for more expensive. Worst experience won't ever return when this is the only hotel we've given business to every visit. Lost a long term customer and everyone we know, what a shame!

The hotel room was immaculate, very nice and comforting. The location is pretty sketchy because it’s downtown in the heart of Prince George despite this I felt safe and my vehicle was fine as well. I would stay again. Love the Starbucks in the lobby as well.

Hated it here. Given a crappy dingy room. No restaurant opened. No valet parking. They screwed up on our room cars so we couldnt get to the patkade... dirty part of PG. Never staying here again

Very professional and nice facilities on the inside. Nothing to write home about on the outside. Was a little concerned about off site parking but it is very close, out the back door and across the street. It is safe and secure

Parkade is NOT secure and it’s across the street. Truck next to me had window smashed and I had stuff stolen out of my back box…no on-site restaurant…room only had one chair. Not well thought out for being renovated…suites are OLD… will not stay here again. Shower was the highlight of the room. The girls on staff were nice.
