"Had do not disturb up for 5 days So when I needed the room cleaned I had bath mat left on floor and only 1 towel out of six set up in bathroom Floors weren’t swept But the bed was made"

"This was an excellent stay for our family. The breakfast was great, very large pool area, and very reasonable rates. They did a great job updating the hotel building and we look forward to staying again. "

"When we arrived at the hotwl the night clerk was rude an made check in very difficult for my self and my husband as we tried to pay with a company bank card and instead of just letting us pay for our room we had to spend 20 mins explaining to him that it wasnt a credit card an filling out un necessary forms befor we even got to our room after traving for 6hrs stright Then the room we got to had a terrible toilet leak and no pul out couch but upon reporting the issues had to be moved to another room better fitted "
