"Perfect location right in the heart of Covent Garden. Rooms very clean, comfortable beds and very useable if smallish bathroom. Great shower. Lovely little kitchen area, which is perfect for making drinks, even if you don’t want to use it for anything else. Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but this is not an issue with so many places to eat."

"I can't say enough about the staff at the Charlotte Street Hotel. They were friendly and attentive. They managed to check me in early after my transatlantic flight. They also stayed on top of getting my prescription glasses back from the driver from the airport before my stay ended. The interior design of the hotel was charming and unforgettable."

"My stay in May was my third time at The Bloomsbury. It's a lovely, comfortable hotel in a great location. But the best part is the staff, who are all helpful, friendly, and very accessible. I have to give special call-out to the staff in the breakfast room. They are, to a person, terrific! And, the coffee served is the best. It's a great way to start your day in London!"

"Vi havde et skønt hjørneværelse. Vi boede 3 (par +teenager), og der var masse af plads i rummet selv med åben sovesofa, hvor man sov udmærket. Konciergen var meget venlig og hjælpsom med både transport, anbefalinger og billetter til musical. Vi vil helt sikkert komme tilbage ved vores næste London besøg."

"This was the first time that myself and my wife have been to this hotel. From the minute we walked through the door, the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We used one of the in house restaurants on the final evening and apart from when one of the servings was cold and was changed immediately the food was out of this world as was the breakfast this morning. The staff in the restaurant were excellent, very knowledgeable. The actual room we had was out of this world."
