"The location is super close to the airport, the room was clean, great shower, but I have to point out the amazing Manon! She went above and beyond. She truly made our stay terrific. She was so helpful, with directions, information about the airport, booked us a shuttle AND helped me bring our luggage up to the room! Every hotel should have someone like Manon at the front desk. "We stayed in a building separate from the hotel in three large suites. The suites are quite large with three rooms and one with two bathrooms. There is a chess board in each suite. The view of vineyards and the quiet ambiance complements the memorable stay. The staff is very accommodating and the dinner at the hotel was fabulous. This is a 5 star hotel, but I would give it a 10 star experience. If you wish to create fond memories, this is the place to stay."

"Upon arrival, we were helped right away with check in. The staff were very helpful with getting my luggage to the floor our room was which was greatly appreciated! Room was clean and the AC was wonderful after a very hot journey getting to Bordeaux. The breakfast buffet was good enough for feeding us the next morning before doing our exploring around the city. Check out was quick and easy with friendly staff who accommodated us with English. I would definitely stay here again if I make my way...
