"Friendly"

"We chose this motel because their website states that the location is a 12 minute walk from the West Virginia University baseball stadium. That is a blatant LIE. You actually CANNOT walk safely to the stadium, and it takes at least 10 minutes (if there is no traffic) to drive there. Expedia needs to force this motel to change the information on their website or remove them from their suggested motels in Morgantown,"

"The room looked nice. Unfortunately there was a power outage at 5:20 PMMonday which took out motel's power as well our phone service. There was no way to arrange for another room elsewhere, nor was there a backup generator to provide lighting, hot water for showers or most important air conditioning. Due to lack of A/C sleep was hard to come by."

"Nice location. Under construction/maintenance at the time so improvements in progress. Staff very friendly and helpful. Like the privacy of the “cottages”. We enjoyed our stay and so did our dog!"

"The hotel smelled great as I walked in, like fresh laundry. It was decorated cheerfully & was welcoming. Front desk staff was friendly & efficient. I had completed some of my check in online, so jt was a breeze. The room looked clean at first glance, but hadnt been dusted. There was a towel smeared with red lipstick thrown beneath the sink. Bed & pillows were fluffy & comfortable. The grounds had cut wood for a bonfire, a nice picnic spot with a small grill, and cornhole boards. I didnt play...

"They added a few things to the breakfast bar. Coffee is great. Staff is wonderful. This is my second time staying there. Easy access to everything in the area. The rooms could be swept better. But not complaining."
