"Clean room , easy check in, great location."

"No refund. Room was heavily scented. I have allergic reactionary could not keep the room. Since I was traveling, it was difficult to get another room at late notice. Ruined my day"

"This was an excellent location. It's a tiny 'town' and rather remote. If you want to hike, cycle, or do some white water rafting - this is the place to stay - you are literally right in the middle of Ohiopyle State Park. Our 2 BR unit was well maintained and immaculate. We did encounter a few glitches. The unattended, virtual check-in was a colossal failure as the 'smart lock' on the door did not work, Fortunately, even though it was Sunday evening around 6:30pm, we were able to get in touch...

"Reserved room with king size bed. Only had 2 double beds available. When we got in the room one of the double beds was already slept in. Still food and beverages in the refrigerator. Used wash cloth on bathroom counter. Toilet seat broken and I almost fell off the toilet. Told front desk clerk and she did not seem too concerned."
