"Our stay was amazing!! This location is perfect. The room was clean, the service staff was kind and friendly. Our flight was cancelled due to a winter storm and the front desk girls were amazing helping us out with extending our stay. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I called a day prior to put a request in for early check in. I told them I was coming to New York to celebrate my birthday. They decorate my room with balloons and a cute towel cake. Lobby and room was clean. And the parking garage is very short walk. 10/10"

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "Hip boutique hotel with an industrial cozy vibe. Rooms are sumple but have everything you need. The libby bar and cafe are nice. Attached to Serafina restaurant. Great lication overall and parking across the street."
