"Pretty good"

"Very nice hotel with comfy beds and clean rooms. Perfect for a stay if you are wanting to be close to the airport. My flight was landing late at DFW and I had to call to do an early check-in. The lady who processed it was friendly and was able to get everything set up for me and my family to be able to get into our rooms as soon as we arrived to the hotel. I greatly appreciated the help, as we had been traveling for hours and were ready to get some rest."

"I went downstairs to ask for some more towels and other items to be taken to the room and was told they had no one on shift to bring the items to our room. I get back from running errands, about an hour and picked up the items went back to the room and it’s being cleaned. I was a bit baffled because I was told they had no one on shift."

"Grounds, rooms and most areas were very clean. The family pool could use a little TLC along with the windows in the main dining room. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Food is wonderful as always!"

"Great hotel, restaurant and food great. Only issue if you get a room with hideaway bed and need to use the bed. Be prepared to be cold. We asked for additional blanket. Service desk said sorry they dont have an extra blanket."
