We stayed at Garden Court Hotel for three nights mid week. Whilst it was clean and ‘did the job’ we wouldn’t stay again. The place felt a bit tired and soulless. Small changes like new pillows, as they were very flat, replacing the loose door handles and replacing the fabric headboard that was cracked and flaking would make it significantly better. The room was spacious and practical with lots of storage and a lovely shower, so covered our needs but just could be better. Breakfast was okay, however everyone is in a tiny room and where the buffet is is a miniature room, causing people to be stood right on top of each other and getting annoyed. Staff were clearly stressed, unbothered or past caring at breakfast too, which didn’t make it the most pleasant atmosphere. It was a bit of a free for all and in a tight space wasn’t ideal. The selection of breakfast was functional but not amazing - a few pastries, meats and cheeses, three types of cereal, bread, fruit salads and a yogurt bowl. The location is good, about 10 minutes out of the centre and as we were on the fourth floor, didn’t hear much traffic noise. The bed was very creaky and felt like it needed replacing, and I didn’t find it particularly comfortable, nor did we sleep much as there was a constant stream of noise in the corridor. Cleaners seemed to arrive early in the morning and say everything at the loudest volume too. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the conversations of neighbouring rooms.

Great hotel and good location
Room was clean and warm (we went in January!). Breakfast was varied and fresh every morning. There are different options which is great. Check-in was easy and quick. Service was good.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was exceptionally clean and quiet, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The room was well-equipped, and the pleasant fragrance added a delightful touch to the experience. Overall, a fantastic stay with everything we needed.

Perfect location - less than two minutes’ walk from the metro line from the airport, and very close to the riverside, old town and shops/dining. The room was quiet, modern, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was just lovely, and the staff were all extremely friendly. My daughter left some earrings in the room which were kindly sent to us in the UK by Youssef from the reception team. We will definitely be back as a family. A lovely hotel in a beautiful city.

Great Location, nice hotel rooms in general and good staff! Yousef was extremely helpful, very nice, know his job and too kind! If you are a light sleeper ask for a quiet room that doesn’t face the street!

Hotel is in a great central location near the metro station. really friendly helpful staff 24/7. Clean comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Great value for location and service, would happily come back again

We stayed for 2 nights, we had a late arrival but it was no trouble. We were made to feel welcome but the night staff. Our room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very nice, continental but had something for everyone. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from The Charles Bridge, which was great for our walking tour on the Saturday. Would definitely recommend staying here if anyone if visiting Prague

Nice modern room with kettle/tea/coffee provided in the room. Good breakfast selection. About 20-30 min walk to the major sights and close to public transport. Friendly front desk staff. Would stay again.

Great location, close to transit, clean rooms and good breakfast. Only thing was our room did not have any soap (not even for hands) and when we asked for some the front desk said they “weren’t sure if it was included.” There is lots nearby so we easily bought our own, but it was a little weird to have no soap at all.

Lovely stay we had. Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast plenty enough. Perfect location. Quiet overall excellent. As my wife's birthday they left a bottle of wine in our room what a lovely touch. Thank you hotel garden court. Will definitely staying with you again when we revisit prague.

Nice room but loud and staff quite rude
The room was quite nice and clean but I was right next to the lift which was very loud so had disturbed sleep. Also the hotel staff were quite rude and unfriendly, and the check in process took a long time. The hotel staff insisted I paid a EUR 1.50 city tax charge even though when I checked my confirmation, it is supposed to be included. Its obviously not a significant amount so wasn't too fussed but what annoyed me was I tried to explain this to the receptionist and he just spoke over me and was quite forceful about it.
