"This hotel is in an amazing location. It is clean, breakfast is great, room was a bit small but still very nice. The sofa bed was very comfortable. We were 3 people, that’s why I say the room was a bit small. There’s a multilevel shopping mall within very short walking distance called the Palladium. You can find everything there, from pharmacy to Indian self service buffet, and everything in between. Very nice. But most importantly the staff at this hotel - THEY ARE AMAZING. Let me name some names: Veronika: sweet young lady, works only on weekends. Extremely nice and helpful. She went out of her way to help me. Thank you sweet Veronika! Marcel: Super nice man, checked us in, very helpful and accommodating. Thank you, Marcel! Himanshi: Extremely friendly and nice. Helped me plan a whole day’s worth of sightseeing. Very helpful. Thank you, Himanshi! Barbora, polite, sweet and very personable. Checked us out, great help. Thank you very much, Barbora! Great hotel. In my opinion 5 stars. Thank you, will stay there again. We left our hearts in Prague- will be back to fetch!"

"Room was spacious and had 3 single beds as advertised. Location is great with a tram stop right outside your door. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety as well. Would stay again!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Its location is great and walkable to many of the main attractions. Our room was small but was totally fine for 2 people. The reception staff were really helpful and attentive, cannot fault them. I will note, that the room smells a bit musty and old? But we either got used to it, or it went away with the windows open. The windows do need to be shut to have the aircon operational though. The carpet in the corridors looks dirty and outdated."
