"Great central location (You can leave bags there if early for 3 o’clock check-in) breakfast +29euro when making reservation Good buffet (pancakes, eggs, meats, fruits) Nice shopping mall around corner (Paladium?) Helpful staff for planning trips (Went to Kunta Hora, easy, direct train 52 minutes and inexpensive. get a round-trip because the ticket is good for the day. Both the bone Church and Saint Barbara’s are worth the trip!!!)"

"From the moment I walked through the doors of the Almanac X Alcron, the experience was exceptional. The welcome at reception was warm, polished, and genuinely gracious, and the baggage service was seamless — the kind of arrival that immediately tells you you're in excellent hands. The property itself is immaculate. Every space feels meticulously maintained, blending the building's Art Deco heritage with elegant, modern comfort. The rooms are beautifully appointed, spacious, and wonderfully quiet — a true retreat after a day exploring the city. The location is superb, just steps from Wenceslas Square and an easy walk to the Old Town, but it's the staff who truly set this hotel apart: attentive, professional, and warm without ever being intrusive. I travel frequently and stay in many properties across Europe, and this arrival experience ranks among the very best. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Almanac X Alcron and look forward to returning. Rating: 10/10"

"The hotel was a very good one of very good value with great amenities and breakfasts The only thing that needs attention is the bathroom. It looks good but it fails the “functionality test” with little to no shelving and a shower screen that didn’t fully protect the bathroom A small criticism offered as helpful feedback to an otherwise excellent hotel."

"Very quiet hotel, room was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. Airport pick-up and drop off was arranged by the hotel and was very efficient and the drivers were very friendly. Front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Location was great, short distance to Old Town."
