"The check in experience was fast. Location was good near the Palladium mall and many good restaurants. The view from our room balcony was excellent especially because we could see the New Years fireworks right from our room. The room was nice, cozy and perfect for couple travelers. We stayed one night without any complaints."

"Very nice hotel, walkable distance from Charles bridge, a lot of small restaurants around. The only minor issue was a perfect acoustics - unfortunately we had very talkable neighbours and we heard every word...."

"The Cloister Inn is not in the middle of the action so it is very quiet. It is a walkable distance to Old Town and close to the Tram stop. We stayed a week and found every staff member friendly and willing to help; especially the girl on the day shift of the front desk. Communication was not a problem because the staff spoke English with us."

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Very roomy and comfortable beds. Amazing view of the city from the rooftop balcony. Kitchen was decent and had what we needed. Only with it had some sort of space for a couch or chairs aside from dining table in the kitchen. There is a table outside on patio but not usable during cold rainy days. Parking was the only real downside as it was a couple blocks away. Not convenient with multiple pieces of luggage for an extended stay."
