"Hard to cite anything that didn’t go right or needs improvement. This property is an experience. Beautiful food ( our breakfast was included), suite towels and linens were lovely, and the staff sincerely tries to anticipate your every need. The grounds are heavenly, with many little alcoves and niches to sit and soak up the nature. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because it rained. "Amazing hotel grounds"

"The location of this hotel was great! Well equipped, modern apartments with good amenities. A lack of dining options and poor breakfast for the price paid is what the resort lacks. Wine tasting was also unavailable. I can anticipate this to be a great place in high season, but lack of facilities during low season make this an expensive stay without the required luxury."

"Such a cute place to stay!!! The coffee and cookies were are also a lovely touch! The location is great… easy to walk to most attractions and the train station is about a 15 min walk. The host was also great with recommendations for restaurants and such."

"The hotel was first class and in a good location a few minutes walk to the ferry terminal, tourist centre and castle. Very nice rooms and an excellent breakfast with extensive choice. Staff were very helpful. A very good fish restaurant nearby was worth a visit. Nice view over the lake."
