"The location of this grand hotel cannot be beat and neither can their excellent service from the front desk team. Decor is classy and well kept. "Amazing place to stay in Furnas!!! After hours "exclusive" access to two main attractions on the island - thermal pool and botanical garden - is something no other place can compete with. In addition it is a beautiful, high-end artdeco hotel in immaculate condition and great staff. Great restaurants on premises, though places in town are great too - much cheaper and way more authentic."
