"Crystal was just a cool person to get to know. All the staff were great! Loved having 24 hour access to the pool and spa! I expected to just have a place to stay for the night. I did not excpect to have fun too. The recent remodel created a nice, warm ambiance. Well done!"

"January 2026 update: There is demolition and construction going on in the lobby. Breakfast has been moved to a temporary area. The rooms in the back section are closed for construction. Property will be renamed to Comfort Inn."

"The room was spotless. Housekeeping was very responsive. All other staff are very respectful and very patient. Coffee tea creamer sugar yoghurt are all made to taste wonderful. Parking lot is snow plowed completely. Advertising in lobby gives lots to do in the area and surrounding states. Close to Spokane Valley and gas is very cheap "

"The experience itself was okay. We stayed there just because of the kitchen, since we have a lot of food restrictions, I have to cook most of the time. The room smelled like weed, but look... it is a cheap cheap long term stay. The floors could use a better treatment, it was pretty dirty. What i liked the most was, they fixed things really fast, kudos to the team. The heating wasn't working... they went there and fixed right away, the stove was not working, they sent someone real fast. I was...
