First off the people running it were awesome! But as far as house cleaning, we had to ask for our room to get cleaned(don't know why, but when housekeeping cleaned it, she did an amazing job)! We did not get a restock of any toiletries at all! The people are super nice and respectful, but its lacking in initiative!!!

Sheets, towels, and main areas of the room were clean, but dirty around the edges. The building is old and needs cleaning/updating. Ice machines did not work. One side of the bed was sagging. Staff was friendly, food was fine.

When we got there the room was not very well cleaned, there was what looked like boogers on the wall by the toilet, the bathroom was absolutely tiny. The free breakfast was a waffle maker, cereal, and yogurt. All self serve and very cheap. Service seemed good when we got there, until we had to wait a half hour on the front desk staff to assist us. All in all, I will never book another stay at a red lion.. and suggest others do the same until they address how terrible they run a buisness.

Beautiful North Idaho location

A great place to stay. Very quiet in a central location. It’s older but very clean. The worker bees were very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
