"I did a lot of research to find the perfect hotel for our honeymoon and Eden Roc is THE view of positano! Eden Roc is a beautiful property about 12min walk up/down to the beach. We stayed in a room with the balcony jacuzzi and it was worth the splurge to sit outside and take in the view. The staff at Eden Roc are top notch, Pascal at the front desk became our new friend and Tony at breakfast was always fun. The steak at Roc restaurant was unbelievable. Top notch experience. "

"It’s a walk from the pier ( if arriving via ferry) to the hotel but there is a complimentary porter service to help carry your luggage. The optional tip given was well earned.The hotel is situated about a less than 10 min walk (some parts are slightly uphill) from the main part of town where all the shops and restaurants are located. This area gets really packed with people so being a short walk away was welcoming for us. This near by tourist area is great to wander through and for shopping or...

"For the price point, the hotel offered good accommodations and great views of the coast. While there were other hotels available but at a higher price point. Be ready to walk up and down steps to get to dining, shopping, the beach and public transportation options.
