"Staff were really nice and welcoming and could not do enough for you. The rooms were spotless. The light show every night was brilliant and something I’ve not seen before in a hotel. Breakfast was great with so many options. In two occasions we had free gifts sent to the room including a Portuguese tart and little biscuits. "We enjoyed the location. It is walkable to so many squares, Christmas Markets, and historical sites. The complimentary sparkling rose, coffee, water, and pastries were a treat. The best by far was the complimentary city tour given by Peder. "We had a very enjoyable stay for our first time in Lisbon. The Aurea hotel is located close to the cruise port so it’s in a very safe location. Although this means it is also very “touristy”!
