The location is excellent. The hosts are warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. Excellent recommendations for activities and food. The breakfast is excellent "off the charts". The room and service great. The best value we have experienced in a long time. Highly recommend.

We loved this place and cannot recommend it highly enough. We arrived early and our bags were held for us and taken to our room once it was cleaned. The breakfasts prepared by Olga are incredible. They accommodated early tours and packed us a breakfast to go when we had to leave in the middle of the night for the airport. The property is quiet, and well located. We absolutely loved our stay at InPatio Guest House.

This guest house is amazing! Fernando and Olga were fantastic! They made us feel like we were family. The breakfast are fabulous! All items are picked with much love and care. The rooms are spacious and designed with so much detail. I cannot wait to stay there again when I return to Porto!

Excellent value, especially given that we were served the most amazing breakfast of our entire trip. The room was beautiful (the bed was a bit firm for me, though perfect for my spouse). We wish we had stayed a second night. The location was great, with an (expensive) adjacent parking garage. Pretty quiet too given the city center location.

FANTASTIC! 👍👍👍👍👍 We've stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, but Olga and Fernando have exceeded their service levels with a truly personal touch. They were so friendly and helpful all the way through our stay offering suggestions and anticipating needs. They added great little touches including daily sweet treats. The property has a stylish boutique feel with its blend of modern and classic decor and yet it feels really homely. Their breakfasts are among the best we've had anywhere with freshly baked items and daily changes which accommodated our vegetarian dietary needs. We would more than recommend InPatio for those who want a bespoke stay in a smaller property and close to main attractions in the city.

Excellent location in Ribeira, short walk to the waterfront. Amazing breakfasts, something different every day. Absolutely wonderful hosts, Olga and Fernando, who gave so much of their time in providing explanations and information about the area. Easily the best guest house I have stayed in, and hope to return one day.

Our room was so beautifully designed and comfortable. Home made treats , port and chocolates left in room. Breakfast was generous and varied each day and delicious. Close to so many attractions and walkable to others and multitude of awesome places to eat nearby. little supermarket nearby. Safe area. Highlight was the wonderful hosts Olga and Fernando Do yourself a favour and spend some time in Porto at In Patio Guesthouse

In Patio Guest house was fabulous The location can’t be any better as it is close to everything yet very quiet and peaceful The room was spotless and lovely Breakfast each morning was delicious and the hosts Olga and her husband were incredibly nice We had a 5 AM flight and they packed us a breakfast for the road! Our short stay was above and beyond our expectations. If you value service and experience, this is the spot to book. We were on 14 day trip from Spain to Portugal and the hosts at InPatio made our short stay very memorable. Amazing experience! Hosts were unbelievably friendly and helpful. They gave us excellent restaurant suggestions and made all of our reservations. The location is perfect. Very close to the river where all the action is. Rooms were clean and modern and bathrooms very spacious. Breakfast was delicious!! Would highly recommend!!

Excellent cold breakfast, and superfriendly and helpful owners. Convenient location near river but metro station is over 5 minutes uphill on cobbled street so difficult wheeling cases. Uber is cheap and good. Need to be able to climb stairs, but owner carries cases. Surprisingly roomy bedrooms but unusual shapes. Found seagulls a bit noisy at night as I am a light sleeper. Excellent value for money and would not hesitate to return. Modern inside.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The thoughtful homemade breakfast was the highlight for sure. The room was clean and spacious. Wish we had more time in Porto, but will be recommending this place to friends and family. Thanks for the sweet treats and Port left in our room!

We were 'returners' and joined by another friend on this occasion. We absolutely love the hotel! The rooms are charming, and Ferdinand and Olga a delight..so helpful and thoughtful. The breakfast is all locally sourced and quite delicious. If back in Porto we would certainly want to go back!

What a great find!
This little guesthouse was the perfect spot. The owners are so kind and welcoming and have such attention to detail. They left little welcome snacks for us and made the best breakfasts of our whole trip. I would recommend this spot to anyone and we certainly stay there again. We were in the ground floor room that faces the little patio and I was slightly concerned that there might be some noise from the patio and the cafe there, but it was quiet, even when there were people at the cafe.

First class experience!
The best hotel we've stayed in! Don't hesitate to stay here! Easy walk from the train station. Fernando and Olga are delightful, knowledgeable and charming hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Lots of tips regarding the local area, places to visit and transport. Olga's breakfasts are locally sourced and a sight to behold! Amazing! Their recommendations for dinner were also spot on - places we wouldn't have found on our own. The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. Our room was spacious and comfortable with lots of little classy extras - such as complimentary port, chocolates. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto.

We only stayed one night, but everything about InPatio was great. Best accomodations of our trip! Olga and Fernando are wonderful hosts and are very helpful. The place is extremely well located, but still manages to be quiet, and we found our room to be very well decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious!
