"Brilliant stay, massive comfortable bed, very clean room, really tasty breakfast with lots of options for breakfast. Friendly staff. Only negative was that the car park was full as there appeared to be a corporate event at the hotel. We had nowhere to park our car and ended up having to leave it near a housing development a short walk from the hotel which I wasn’t completely comfortable doing."

"The rooms do not have air conditioning or individual controls. The food was OK but took a long time to get to our table. There was a secret on how to push the button on the elevator. Other than those items we enjoyed our stay."

"I literally happened upon this property in a beautiful coastal suburb, Malahide, right outside of Dublin. I had never heard of Malahide, but a lovely Irish woman suggested I stay at the Grand Hotel for my last night in Dublin. It was a fantastic tip. The hotel gave me the peacefulness and calm I needed before my flight home to Los Angeles. The village it is in is just beautiful with tons of restaurants and the famous Gibney's bar. I would have liked to have at least 1 room service cleaning done in between my check in and checkout. That would have been amazing. It would be great to have water stations somewhere to fill up your water bottle. I wasn’t able to find any. These details would make this property even better! Thank you for the stay!"

"The room was clean and staff was excellent. However, there are no ice machines in the hotel. To get ice you have to call the restaurant and they will only bring up one bucket at a cost of €7. There are no refrigerators in the room either or microwave. Very basic and not like in the US AND Canada."
