"We arrived at 10pm for an early morning flight. Staff were very pleasant on reception and pre-empted our needing a shuttle bus in the morning and made sure we had a reservation. We did not use any of the amenities on this trip as just an overnight before our flight. The only thing we would say is it was too hot in the hotel corridors, must be costing a fortune to heat"

"I, honestly, would probably give the property more of a 7 or maybe 7.5 stars out of 10. Our stay was definitely more positive than the opposite, we enjoyed being in walking distance to the city center, the nice designs of the hotel inside and out, the free water in the lobby when it was available (which was mostly all the time), having basically a mini kitchen in the room and just only without an oven, and the option to have a sofa bed (which we never saw in a hotel and I, at least, thought was pretty comfy) However, the room seemed a bit smaller than what the pictures we saw seemed to show, the toilet in the room was kind of painful to sit on, the regular beds felt kind of hard, having to pay even more money for breakfast, and using a room key to be able to turn on lights took some getting used to (but if it's a more sustainable option then, I can't complain) For any rooms that have sofa beds that almost take up the width of the room, I feel they should maybe go towards the back of the room, opposite of the door, so they don't get in the way, as much, of guests trying to move around. Otherwise, at least moving the table maybe towards the back of the room or in between beds would maybe provide more walkable space. Also, the regular beds, could maybe either use more cushion or at least have a thinner sheet along with the thick blanket (because the thicker sheet can make you hot pretty fast) Aside from the cons, though, we had a nice stay, for the most part"

"Close to the heart of Dublin there was plenty to do and see a short walk or bus ride away. They had umbrellas to loan if the weather was bad. Restaurant and bar were good, however the hours for the kitchen were not posted. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only drawback was the fact that they do nothing about the drunken guests shouting in the halls and slamming doors at 1:30 am just about every night."
