"Good place to stay if you need to be at the airport the next day. It was extremely busy but well managed."

"Hotel was very modern and clean. All staff were very helpful and friendly. We had breakfast one day which was continental and there were quite a few choices. The seating area was quite busy at the time we came. Only bad point is that the area it is in there are a few suspicious looking characters around especially at night when coming home it’s a little off putting."

"Great location, helpful staff. Was a bit of confusion regarding the shuttle service. We were told to wait in the lobby and the driver would come in and tell us when he was ready to leave. It was 6:00 am and no one else was waiting. We saw the driver pull up and come into the hotel, go behind the desk and then come out and leave without speaking to us. Thankfully we didn't have a lot of luggage and walked to the airport. So a bit of communication would have been helpful."

"Lovely staff, building, and location is convenient. Also, one of the most inconvenient & bizarre, maze-like layouts I’ve ever seen. It’s a bit like lipstick on a pig, looks lovely but just okay."

"The staff was extremely helpful. From the moment you walked into the lobby for check in until the time you checked out. We stayed 4 nights and was very pleased with our room and how clean the entire property was. We had drinks each night at the end of our day of site seeing and was always greeted with a smile and waited on promptly. The breakfast was very good, and the area always tended to. Would highly recommend staying here."

"Excellent location to explore the city. Nice spread for breakfast and worth it if included in your rate. Staff were OK. Some better than others. Gave us an accessible room when that wasn’t what we booked and didn’t want to change us on request. Housekeeping has a really strange way of making the beds too. All in all the hotel is cute though and stay was fine."

"The staff is so kind, friendly, and accommodating. Martin, Lali, and Marina were an absolute delight. They accommodated a last minute request and made sure our luggage’s were sent to both rooms. Lali even took my luggage downstairs and bought me a coffee <3 I do recommend having some fans for the rooms with no ac, but other than that everything was clean, smelling good, well decorated and I’d go back there anytime. "
