"We spent 3 nights here and found the staff to be friendly and helpful, rooms comfortable and location ideal for our needs. I had breakfast one morning and it was plentiful and tasty with a good selection on offer. Would stay again."

"Basic accommodations. The hotel does not have AC but they do not advertise they do so it was honest. Massive in scale around a 1,100 rooms if I recall correctly. Smaller rooms, parking and access was great and they had lots of staff to accommodate and assist. They really surpassed expectations there. Luggage accommodation precheck in. Just rooms outdated and no ability to get ice without the staff having to fill a plastic cup for you."

"Stayed to celebrate a special birthday and had a lovely time. A warm welcome from both the concierge and reception staff. Our room was very clean and the welcome message, card and prosecco were a lovely touch to help celebrate our special occasion. The breakfast was outstanding with an exceptional choice available, definitely something for every taste, and the omelettes were amazing! The VIP lounge was perfect for a drink prior to going out for the evening. The location was good with the tube station just around the corner. Will definitely consider staying here again."

"Fantastic hotel ideally located 5 minutes from Metro station and lots of bars/ restaurants. The rooms were very clean and ideal for short stay, breakfast extremely lovely and the staff super friendly especially the gentleman concierge on the door . Would definitely recommend and visit again."

"Clean room but very small. Bed was against the wall & no exit from it if you slept on that side except crawl out to the end of the bed that had about 8" of room. And the bathroom was basically in the room except for glass divider. But it was in a good location and if you don't plan on staying too long or hanging out in the room much, it was a good deal."

"The staff could use more knowledge of protocols and procedures, eg. restaurant staff did not know how to process an advertised discount. Check-in did not volunteer information about the release of the security deposit. One shouldn't have to ask. Housekeeping was inconsistent: perfect one day, towels missing the next, missed one day completely. Sometimes a doorman, sometimes not. Some visits a concierge, other visits not. Finally, no attempt at front desk to make a regular guest welcome! There used to be a welcome amenity in the room, which was most welcome after a long-haul flight. No more. These are all small issues to be sure, but they add up! I have stayed at this property probably a dozen times in the last few years: these are consistent shortcomings. Nevertheless, the young staff do appear to do the best they can with the training and experience they have. I return for the excellent location and the larger-than-average room size. 7.5 out of 10 feels about right. I so hope one day I can write 9!"
