"I chose this hotel because of its location near train terminal. But didn’t realize that I would be able to hear the trains coming and going. Wrong side of the hotel I suppose. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Had a great selection. They also had a complimentary coffee machine in lobby. Was nice, because they offered tea too. Which I had in the evening. "

"Every single person on staff was over the top helpful, generous, and kind. I’ve stayed at luxury hotels that didn’t have the same level of service. The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable. The breakfast spread was amazing. It is a 25 minute walk or 15 minute walk with a tram ride to the center of town. Always felt safe while walking, even with my child. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again."

"Located conveniently near all of the most popular sites like Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. There are many cafes and great restaurants within walking distance as well. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful going the extra mile to find us a taxi when there was a shortage so we could make our train on time. The room was clean and spacious having a great view of the walking street below. "
