"Lo bueno: El hotel está bien ubicado, a 15 minutos caminando de la estación de tren. Habitaciones de buen tamaño, tiene varios restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia alrededor.
Lo único malo: Si un colchón súper firme y rígido es lo tuyo, este hotel es para ti. En lo personal, no dormí muy cómoda."

"As expected. Room was clean, I wish the ac did not reset each time we left the room. Also staff needs to check that all lights works properly. The light next to the bed did not turn off.
They asked if we did not mind being charged a service fee of 40 euro. ? Why do we have to pay extra? I hate tipping in the States and was disappointed being asked in Italy."

"Hotel facilities are nice just had some problems with my room. The carpet in the room was filthy. Room had a smoke odor to it. Front desk reception said there was no smoking in the hotel. Someone clearly smoked in there before my stay but hotel was not willing to help with this issue dispute being told they had plenty of rooms at check-in."

"I can only recommend to avoid this hotel.
The room didn't smell good. Maybe it came from the air condition. Opening the window was not an option since trains passed right next to the building.
The safe was not fixed, you can just carry it out of the room. The room can be entered with a fix 4-digit code from outside.
There is not direct garage at the hotel, so the car is left on the street or you have to pay money and they drive it "somewhere".
If you wish to lodge a complaint, the staff will...
