Hotel Keluarga di Port Wine Route

"The hotel was in a remote area but had beautiful views and was worth the effort. The swimming pool was a welcome addition as it was very hot when we arrived. The dinner and breakfast were good. There seemed to be a problem with the doors to the rooms which people kept banging to get them to close. Added to that someone managed to open our door when we were almost asleep and the hotel dog ran into our room. Very disconcerting and not condusive to a good nights sleep."

"The staff were exceptional! The lobby is lovely as well as the rooms. However, the only suggestion I would make is for the hotel to: * Ensure that the air conditioning works properly (it could not cool the room down). * Maintain the exterior of the building as meticulous as they maintain the interior spaces - the outside structure needs some upkeep."

"Absolutely stunning property with a very thought out layout and design. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet and had blackout curtains. The restaurant onsite was also delicious and offered a wide range of options. The SPA was so nice and had the best couples message ever. "

"Exceptional family owned and run property; Luis and Zulmira could not be better hosts. They were warm and engaging tending to any request during the three nights we were there. Breakfast was excellent, with many choices, and the common areas are well decorated and very comfortable. The room we had was large, and well laid out with a comfortable chair, desk & writing chair, built in wardrobe, and a balcony.
