"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. "The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had magnificent views of the lake with a beautiful mountain backdrop. The breakfast was delicious - lots of options including made to order omelettes with a dining space with lake views. We received a warm welcome from the staff each time we came into the lobby and they were able to offer good local knowledge if we had any queries. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I ever get the chance."
