"My experience was not what I expected it to be. There weren’t many dining options, not all of the bars by the pool were open and the elevators were hard to come by. We had to wait a long time just to catch an elevator. Our room was listed as newly renovated, meanwhile the toilet paper holder was broken, there wasn’t any lotion provided in the room and the towels were very poor quality."

"We had a horrible experience as the room was VERY small. We couldn't roll our luggage into the room and there was barely 18 inches to walk around the bed. The bathroom was a good size but the towels were very rough. We were put into a courtyard room which overlooked the "cafe". I thought this would be quieter but it was not. On a Wednesday night, there was a wedding with a live band in the courtyard. It sounded like the band was in our room. I was surprised that they put us into this room...

"The room was nice and clean. Pretty quiet. I love that the had a little closet by the elevator with an ice machine and a coffee maker. Location was perfect for us, everything we needed was walking distance. I did need some things so I called the front desk to ask for the things and I received them quickly. I would stay here again."

"When we arrived there was one clerk at the desk and he had a line of people waiting to check in, he was so efficient and fast. We waited less than 5 min to check in. Check in was the easiest I’ve ever experienced. The hotel is clean and parking is a breeze. Will definitely recommend this place and visit again."
