In daily to freshen up the room. The food in the hotel restaurant was just mediocre. I also wish the room had two full beds instead of a pull out sofa. Also the walls were very thin and we could hear everything outside the room. "

"Notre nuit pour 2 chambres a couté 1500$ canadien, on n’a pas eu accès à la terrasse, il y avait un événement privé et on n’a pas été avisé. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour le lancement de Artemis. Le déjeuner, pas d’ustensiles, pas de nourriture ( pain etc.. )trop de monde pour ce qu’il y avait à offrir. Vraiment déçue pour ce que ça a couté pour une nuit."

"The staff were fantastic in accommodating our large group for our suite stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was close to a few restaurants so that was nice to take a walk. The pool area was well maintained. The breakfast was so good!!!! We will definitely be staying here again in the future before our cruise and for any other stay we have in Port Canaveral. "

"I gave two stars because of the staff lady checking me in. She was rude and not accommodating at all. We arrived early from a cruise, couldn’t get our room, and was told room before 1pm would cost $40. We had a handicap room and apparently the people before us had a late 12:00 checkout? I don’t believe they had just one handicap room in the entire hotel. I asked when can we expect then to get our room? She said probably 1pm. We saw the people check out and leave at 12:15. We finally got our room...

"Come to see the rocket launch. We had a great time. Staff was nice, rooftop bar was great, apps were good. We had a “blast”.
There was a rude guest who kept calling down to the front desk because my kids were playing at 630pm. Everyone was in bed by 845 watching a movie and she continued to call down to the front desk. Then the woman had the audacity to knock on our door at 8am asking us if we were leaving bc we were too loud. We have never had issues like this before. She was out of her mind...

"The room we stayed in was in need of many minor repairs simple to fix, but still needs to be done. Absolutely no door sweep keeping any bugs out of the room from outside. I could see daylight under the main door. I could hear my neighbors beside me behind me, and definitely above me, could hear every step the person above me made through the ceiling. for what we got It was quite overpriced, but is what I had to pay to be able to get a room to see the space launch"

"Mold and mildew. Several 10* reviews are fake they all use the same phrases. This hotel had flood damage and has not been repaired properly. The bottom of door frame is cut off but mold remains it was gross. We have stayed at Several Wyndham properties this is way below standard. Pool and breakfast were fine but nothing can make up for condition of room. It's likely to make anyone with respiratory issues very sick."
