"We loved the breakfast and unlimited coffees;) the vibe of the hotel was amazing! Very nice and clean rooms. My only 2 wishes are: shower cap (there was none) and warmer temperature in the shower (I love my shower hot). Overall fantastic hotel, and we will definitely stay there next time we are in Florence."

"Perfect location for a short visit. Steps to the train and a quick walk to all main landmarks. Room was clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast and bar were great. Would stay again!"

"The front desk speaks multiple languages, and is very informative about the area around the hotel. The hotel is bright & clean, and they are the first hotel I stayed at in my time in Europe that didn't lock me out of the air conditioning setting. The spa was nice and relaxing and they make sure not too many people are there at the same time which is super nice. It was great after walking 20,000 steps in a day to sit in the turkish bath. They packed me a box breakfast the day I had to leave early to go on an excursion, and they offered one the day I went to the airport. Overall, amazing value for the price. The only complaint which isn't on them is that there are not many restaurant options immediately next to the hotel - just one. However, I spent most of my time in the city center so that was fine. "

"Before travelling to Italy I’d never heard of or stayed in any Social Hub Hotels, but I have to say that I’m now a fan! There are two locations in Florence and I stayed at the Belfiore Hotel, which was a short walk or tram ride from Florence Station. It was a bit out of the way from the city centre, but I think the hotel more than makes up for it with its friendly staff, high standard of facilities, including all clean rooms with all the mod cons you’d expect, and a stunning roof top bar and pool. I can also recommend the restaurant and cafe adjoining the hotel too, both offered some fantastic food and were clearly busy with the locals and guests of the hotel, shared working space facilities etc. "

"Me and my Mum had a wonderful stay here. So clean, friendly and welcoming. All the staff were so attentive and the hotel restaurant was lovely! Would 100% recommend staying here if you’re visiting Florence, the location is perfect. "

"Place was in a busy area which was convenient, not so quiet, bathroom is very small. Staff were very nice and breakfast is a bonus."
