"I have no problem with this hotel, from when I first arrived until I left. The Duty Manager clearly explained what I needed to know. The cleaning staff were friendly & provided an excellent service which I really appreciated. The only downside was the early morning music from the adjoining gym, which I understand was being looked into."

"The room was ideal and a good size for a family of 4. We didn’t realise that the only parking available was in the main street of Kilbirnie where it is located. "Great modern spacious accommodation. Stayed in a king studio unit with city view. Bed and linen excellent and great to have kitchenette facilities too to self cater. Only negative was that the TV was not in sight of the bed so was not able to relax after a long day in bed watching TV. Also there was only 1 chair (no couch) to sit on so hubby had to sit on one of the dining chairs. Other than that service and stay was excellent Great location central to main eating hub of Wellington."

"We enjoyed our stay! VERY convenient location, great staff. Stylish accommodation with nice lounge/bar. The room we got was in the "quiet" back part of the hotel and it was indeed quiet. The bed was very comfy. However the room was incredibly tiny--we couldn't fully open the door to the room because it hit the bed. A very thin amount of space on either side of the bed. But it was inexpensive, clean, comfy and well-situated. Overall had a good stay and would recommend. "
