It is a beautiful old castle-style boutique hotel located on a hill overlooking beautiful fields with forest all around. There were birds everywhere. "What an unexpected treasure Château de La Ballue. I had booked this stay while touring the Normandy beach landings for just one night. What a shame we were only there for such a brief time.
