"I reported a complaint with the hotel as well as sent a lengthy email to Stay Hotel airport LIS as well as their Corp. office when I was there. The one staff was terribly rude but other staff members did apologise for his behavior. Couple nights later he did apologise to me after probably being reprimanded by his fellow staff or managers.
I’ve stayed here at this hotel many times and not had issues especially of this magnitude. "

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at Upon Vila. The check-in and checkout processes are easy and convenient. Our room was clean and spacious for all three of us and had an excellent view of the Tagus and the Lisbon coast. The staff were very helpful with suggesting restaurants and assisting us with our needs throughout the stay.
