This hotel and property are an oasis in Lisbon! Amidst a busy, bustling city, you can escape that and enjoy this gorgeous hotel, delicious restaurants and bar, beautifully appointed and comfortable rooms, gorgeous grounds and spa, and excellent customer-focused service. We didn't mind having to call an uber or taxi to get where we were going and we appreciated being in a quieter part of the city to relax and enjoy!!!! I highly recommend this elegant hotel and property!

To stay here is to be reminded of what a five-star hotel is intended to be: spacious rooms, soothing ambience, efficient, cheerful service, and an excellent restaurant. Its setting away from the downtown allows for views out of the rooms which feel like you’re in the country. The price of this location is that it takes a little longer to get to some of the main sights of the city, but this is a small price to pay for what you get in return. Highly recommended.

Spectacular hotel with impeccable service. Views are stunning and garden is an oasis in the middle of Lisboa. Only complaint is that some of gym equipment is dated and could be updated (rickety old ellipticals and quite noisy).

This was a true luxury experience in the center of Lisbon! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are staying in a palace (and you are!). Stay in the palace side to feel like a royal. Just an amazing experience!

What a great hotel. Very friendly staff, great comfortable rooms and a fantastic breakfast buffet. The pool is family friendly, my son had a great time, met some other kids and played catch in the pool with them. I would for sure stay here again.

This was our first trip to Lisbon (we will be back) and we felt like we had won the lottery with our hotel. The lobby, the rooms, the grounds and the dining were superb (we still miss the breakfast buffet) and the staff were incredible and helpful. This is a great hotel. We will be staying here again.
