"Staff was amazing! Nice location, however I paid for an ocean view room with a balcony. I was never able to use my balcony due to supplies on my balcony..a beam and some type of equipment were on my balcony the entire time! In addition workers were on my balcony! We have photos of that so we had to keep the thicker curtain closed. When the room was assigned we were never told there was ongoing construction, scaffold, and wokers on my balcony. Hotel was booked full. Extremely disappointed by this. I was given a few Hyatt points upon check-out, but not nearly enough to compensate me for the inconvenience. The shower in the room could have been cleaner. Clearly not the Hyatt standard I'm accustomed to. Overall an okay stay, but not the best. The staff made this a good stay. Everyone was kind and welcoming."
