"Staff were amazing, super friendly and attentive. We had an ant infestation on our front deck, called and a they came right away to address. Our toaster was broken, called the front desk, they had a new toaster (right out of the box) delivered immediately. Tunnel Mountain Resort is clean and affordable. We had stayed here approximately 17 years ago, the resort is showing its age, but many upgrades have been happening. The bathroom is newly renovated and there is a new tile backsplash in the kitchen area. The beds are comfortable. But, we did notice that the loft beds were on the short side. My son is 6’2 and he had to sleep sideways to fit. So definitely not made for taller folks. We were pleasantly upgraded to a cabin with a view apron arrival. Pool is on the small side, so we did not use it, but good for families with small children. Loved the complimentary transit passes. They came in handy when going to the township. If you are lookiing at doing making your own meals in, kitchen well appointed. Overall, a good experience."
